Default Acceleration and Shaking

Hello, I have been having some problems with my 1996 F150 XL 8cyl 5.0L
1) Truck Shakes intermittently when idle and also when driving. When idle, I have looked at the engine under the hood and the engine is what is making the truck shake. It is like it is normal then every 5-10 seconds it just shakes. Like some sort of misfiring? 2
) starting at the same time as #1, when accelerating, it is usually slower and louder than it normally is.
3) Front gas tank intermittently works. When I switch to front tank, acceleration requires me to press pedal to the floor and it is very loud. Fuel pump? Does each tank have it's own pump?

What Are your thoughts? I'm most worried about 1 & 2. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Measure fuel pressure. Sounds like ur pumps are getting weak. My back pump works but is getting weak. I only use it to start and warm up the truck up. It work ok for that.
