Hi, I'm new to the forum but i'm desperate for help.
I have a 95 f150 2wd 5.0. has the aode-w transmission.
The old transmission started making a nasty noise when put in part so I went and got a new transmission, got the old one of carefully, and installed the new one. The issue is the output shaft does not spin. even with the driveshaft off it doesnt spin with the engine, you can turn in by hand, but doesnt spin when engine is in gear or revved. Ive made sure the TV cable is shifting, all sensors are good, i'm in need of some ideas! Any help would be appreciated

I don't mean to be a smart allick, but did you make sure the torque converter was properly installed and did you fill the transmission with fluid?
