Default 89 eats rear u joints

My truck is lifted 4 inches rear drive shaft is only a year old and it trashes the rear u joint at the axle about one a month depending on how much I drive it

Is ur pinion angle off? Thats the only thing i would think to trash a u-joint that frequently! Chock the front tires and jack the rear end up to where u can spin the drive shaft and see if its binding any

Drive shaft angle is ruining the u-joint, this is where a 2 piece drive shaft with a dropped center bearing would benefit you.

Ditto that, if you jack it up you will have the driveshaft at it's most extreme angle which wouldn't happen while you are driving unless you drive like Bo Duke.
Or who ever is installing the u-joints is not re-centering them after putting them in the driveshaft.

You can also use a wedge shim (meh) or remount the spring perches to correct pinion angle.....

Remounting spring perches is the best option to a point where the pinion points directly at the tail shaft. For some reason no more then +/- 4° difference sticks in my head.
