How about the distributor cap and rotor? Ignition module?
Check timing and fuel filter?

Cap and rotor both good replaced not long ago fuel filter same thing not that old. Just pulled codes got code 61 coolant temp sensor. Its been out for a while. Code 31 egrvalve position or pressure feedback sensor. And code 67 improper signals from either neutral drive switch , neutral gear switch, neutral pressure switch, clutch switch, manual lever position, sensor or air conditioner clutch,or ac on during self test

So code 67 you can likely ignore, as you probably didn't hit the brake on time during the test.
Coolant sensor - just replace it. It's cheap and so important to how the motor runs.
EGR might be the cause as well, I haven't had to deal with that specifically, so I can't speak to it.

The coolant sensor has been out for almost a year. I run a analog gauge for the temp. So im leading towards the egr cause i haven't had any problems

Check for vacuum leaks.

And the coolant sensor you disconnected is just the one for the gauge, there is another one for the PCM.

Just got done cleaning the egr and it seems to be doing better. But it doesn't normally act up on the first run. So i will see later. But i didn't find any vacuum leaks
