just bought a 93 ford f150 xl. Was used as a farm truck for years but still in good working order. I'm having trouble with the 4x4 shift into 4 hi. It shifts just fine into 4 low but doesn't want to get into 4 hi at all. Any suggestions as to what could be the problem?

 

Clean and lube up the linkage and look for broken parts. Usualy its the other way around.
