Welcome to the site!

Helpful to have more details, such as year, engine, tranny, auto or manual front hubs, any aftermarket mods or known post-factory swaps, etc. for sharing a better idea of what we're dealing with.

Without further info, suggest could be any of many things - tire heights not matched side-to-side in front and front to back, axle swap using a non-matching ratio with the rear, problem inside the front diffy, maybe even a wheel bearing issue.

None of them go straight when in 4x4
Keep both hands on the wheel
Generally, they follow the crown of the road when in 4x4 (same as when in 4x2 only worse)
Try it on a road where the crown is heading you left and the truck should pull left
If it doesn't, have it aligned, and the camber / caster split checked
Also, if the spindle bearings get worn, (start seizing up) it can pull to one side because of those

96 f150 manual hubs ,automatic transmission, same size tires , 2 inch lift , just started doing it . As long as you don't put in 4wheel drive your ok. Motor 5.0.
