Unhappy Weird brake problem

My 93 F-150 has a weird brake problem. When I step on the brake pedal it will go down farther by itself and slow the truck down farther. And have to pull the pedal up with my foot to release it. It acts like it has too much assist from the booster. Can it just be the booster itself? or would something else cause that?

Well I had a brake booster from another truck that I scraped out. Put that booster in and it works great now.

Bought a brand new F-350. Just out of warranty at a year old and 66k miles - It needs a transmission, coil packs, and a power steering pump. I have to park it for months to come up with 5 grand to fix this terrible vehicle.

but recently facing problem at front break! already informed dealer but till didn't receive any positive feedback.
