Default Suspension

So I just bought a 1995 Ford F150 supercab 4x4 with 139,000 miles. This is my first truck and first Ford. I put the truck on the lift today to take a look and see what all needs done.

Here is a list of what I have found so far:

Front:
  1. Ball joints both sides
  2. Pitman Arm Bushin
  3. Front Shocks
  4. New springs and brackets
Rear:
  1. Rear Shocks
  2. Shackles
  3. Hangars
My question is since I have to do all this suspension work how much more would it be to do a lift and what other parts do i need for a lift? And how big of a lift would the parts you recommend give me?

Keep in mind This is my first truck so i know very little about lifts in general

Don't really know what to tell you but decide if you want one or not before you do all of these or if you just want to do a leveling kit. You are going to need to get an alignment and you would hate to have to do it/pay for it twice.
