Steering Smell Test
My trucks been pulling to the left when I drive so I took it in for an alignment check. The shop told me it was not out of alignment but that both my hubs needed packed with grease and my drivers side lower ball joint was bad.
Could those things correlate to it dragging to the left when I drive? That pass the smell test for you guys? It was pulling before and after a rotate and balance so I'm inclined to discount tire issues.
It's a 92 inline 6 with 130k miles. Everything on the suspension is original, so I'd believe it's got some bad things.
Thanks guys.

Yes, anything bad in the front suspension or steering system can cause a pull. While the vehicle is sitting still the alignment is within specs but once its moving the bad part will move around and jack the geometry causing the pull. Replace any bad or severely worn parts and see if it still pulls.
The front hubs needing to be decreased won't necessarily cause alignment issues unless the lack of grease has caused the hubs to weal big time and dovelop some play in them. But its always good to clean out the old grease and regrease them every few years anyway.
