When I have a problem like you are having, I remove one bolt and take it to my local auto parts store to find a replacement. Or maybe my local Ford dealer parts department. Sorry I can't help you

Those bolts are hardened & are of exceptional quality....I would use a grade 8 bolt as a minimum !!
Grade 8 is notibly used in most front end locations such as ball joints & tie rods etc.......
Most stores only carry grade 5.....You might try to locate @ a big trk dealership (Peterbuit/Kenworth/Mack/Freightliner etc)...
vs your local parts department where it will be quite expensive & likely have to ordered ??

Get them from any '80-96 F150/Bronco in your local JYs. They're the same as the rear shock lowers.
