Default Rusted Booster

So my project has had no brakes since I have got it.
replacing a ball joint then looking at the brakes.Going to put in a new master as there has been no fluid in it and not sure how long that has been
looking at the booster, the bottom of it is rusted out and just wondering if this still could work or just best to get it replaced as well
its a 94 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 with 5.0

thanks

What exactly does "rusted out" mean? Very rusty? Or a hole rusted through the case? Pics would help.

Yeah, that picture is useless. Get one that makes the problem easy to see.
