Rear brake conversion

While I seem to be changing parts all over this truck why not one more. Has anyone ever converted the rear drum brakes to disc? If so or if not does anyone not what it would take on this 91

It takes more money and effort than what it is worth. You can checkout conversion kits on broncograveyard.com. Frankly I think the drums do a fine job.
