Manual

Can some one please tell the best Manual to buy in regards to suspension and brakes that list all the torque specs front an back for. 1994 f150 4x4. 4.9l.

Helms manual set. It costs more than the Haynes or Chilton but well worth it if you will be keeping your truck and working on it yourself.
