Default Lifting options

I just bought new 33's and its still stock hight and the tires rub not bad but if looked around at shops and they are way expensive i do have some sense in working on my vehicle but not so much that area i do fortunately have a friend that does know how but im stuck between just gettin couls or getting a lift can anyone give me examples or some suggestions

Are you set on a lift? F250 coils or spacers along with a alignment is a 2 inch lift up front.
Without lifting:
if it rubs on the bumper trim it, if it rubs on the radius arms use spacers or offset rims.

So I could got to pick and pull and get 250 leaf springs and front coils and throw them on and if would give me about a 2" lift? Am I correct on this? Im just looking for the cheapest way to reliably lift it up a bit, nothing crazy.
