Default lift alignment issues

I installed new front springs. 2" lift and no one can align my truck. So I ordered axle drop brackets and radial arm drop brackets. Question is if I just install the radial arm bracket will it fix my issue? I'm 2 degree off camber on driver and 4 degree off passenger.

No - you need the pivot bushing drop brackets to pull the camber back towards where it should be. When you raised the frame it raised the height of the pivot bushings, which made the top of your wheels tip out.

I don't know what you're using the truck for but cut and turned beams and if necessary extended radius arms are far superior to drop brackets. Much more durable
