I have a 95 f150 I6 2wd that i just bought about two weeks ago the guy i bought it from said it has a 4 inch body lift but it sits with the front end alot lower than the back end probably 3 inches lower and im not sure of the best way to raise it up

 

A body lift won't level the truck, if it sat lower on the front before the body lift it'll do the same thing afterward. A 4" body lift (which is excessive) will only lift the body 4 inches away from the frame. You'll need a suspension lift or at the very least, new front springs or coil spring spacers.
