yeahh everyone said they were happy with them ive been wondering what shocks to go with tho and I guess the 1-3 in lift shocks would work?

I wouldn't go any more than stock sized shock which is 1-2". I've heard of someone putting the f250 springs in with lift (above 4") shocks and they were very compressed. As long as you aren't putting more than 4" of lift then you can run stock size, any more lift and you'll need lift sized shocks. And as far as shocks go, if your looking for the very best, then Billstein would be your choice. But for a good shock at a cheaper price I would go with Skyjacker or Rancho. I plan on putting the Skyjacker Hydro 7000's on my front end with the f250 springs, and then Skyjacker Nitro 8000's for the rear because they are a little stiffer than the Hydro 7000's.

alrighty well I don't really tow anything with my truck so ill probably be better off with softer shocks thanks for the info man!!
