Default Leveling the f150

Hey yall I got a 1992 f150 4.9l 2wd. Coil springs are stock. I’m looking to level it. What is the best way to level? I heard you could put f250 coil springs on the front and it’ll raise it up. Where would I be able to find the right springs for that? Also if not what’s the best spacers I could put on it?

You likely have weak springs. You need to find the specs and measure your ride height just to confirm.. The stock springs are 33 years old and likely are weak or broken.. Replace the weak springs with the ones recommended for your truck likely will restore it to the proper height. I wouldn't put F250 springs on your F150 or add spacers as a solution. You might have to get your alighnment checked as well because ride height has a lot to do with alignment.

Go to rockauto.com and you will have many brands to choose from and the best prices. Myself when it comes to springs, I like Moog. My second choice is AC Delco from the list.

Yeah I thought that might be the case too, so I’ll probably do that. Thanks!
