Default Coil spring retaining bolt

Hello all! Broke the bolt off for the spring retainer and can't seem to figure out what the replacement would be, anyone familiar with what bolt type this is? If I can't figure it out would just drilling out the threads and using a nut and bolt be acceptable?

thanks for any info you guys can provide.

Top one, the one that bolts the little retainer strap in place.

It's a self-tapping bolt, but since the hole is already tapped, you could replace it with a common bolt with the same thread, or a nut & bolt if you drill the threads out. But the original is VERY common in JYs.
