Default Coil or leaf for axle swap???

So i plan on doing a solid axle swap with a Dana 44, im tired of the IFS. might go from 2 inch to 4 inch lift in the process. but i wanted to know if is should put leaf springs in for the swap or stick to the coils with the straight axle, ups and downs of the two? cost? performance?

Personally I prefer coils. Better turning radius and a more comfortable ride.

coils would be easier to do since thats what its got already you wouldnt have to drill into the frame and do all kinds of measuring to make sure that you have everything lined up

You would have to modify the frame to put leaf suspension because of the brackets.

The SAS with coils has been done quite a few times on here.
