In my 1992 f150 XLT 4x4 I feel like the brakes are semi locked up in the back and the pads are practically gone now and the were replaced in December the front ones are still in good shape and the parking brake pedal won't move at all. I can't figure this one out any help please

 

sounds like your rear brakes are sticking. There are multiple ways to go about trying to get the brakes unstuck. One way is by grabbing all the rear brake cables and giving them a little tug, this may free the pads up. Another thing to try is to give the actual pads a couple good taps with a hammer and it might free them up. Give that a try

 

I think I have fixed the problem my drums were all warped up pretty bad so I had them spun and the shoes were all cracked up and halfway gone so I replaced them and now I think it has freed them up
