I am having a problem with my brake light coming on and off, it first started doing this after i went camping and parked my truck on a hill and pulled the parking break, when i went to leave i released it drove about five minutes then all of a sudden the parking brake light and brake warning light came on, pulled over and pulled the lever again and it seemed to do the trick, but now the light goes on and off when ever it wants whether i use the parking brake or not, has anyone else had this problem, or know what i screwed up with the truck, i went to a few brake places and they said it would cost 60 bucks and hour for them to read the brake system

 

Have you checked brake fluid level?

 

x2. My brake light and abs light were constantly on, until i added some brake fluid. Would definately try this first
