Default adding swaybars to truck that didnt have them, can I use f250 parts?

So I have a 93 f150 and I'm wanting to know if I can use the piece that is under the coils from an f250 in my f150. I'd like to use all of the parts from my parts f250 in my f150. Also do they just bolt on or do I need to replace the whole I beam part.

They just bolt on under the spring.
The 250 ones look the same but I haven't done a side by side comparison.
The sway bar itself is different between 150 and 250 but maybe you can make it work.

I figured they were the same shape but just beefier in the f250. So long as the piece under the spring is the same I was going to just make the rest of ti work.

F150 bolts to the skid plate; F250 bolts to the frame. You should still be able to make it work.

Have the same issue on my 95, should I upgrade to hellwigs front and rear? I would like to do some car hauling in the future, I don't have a skid plate?

Cheapest bet is to find a parts car in a yard and pull the parts you need, then just get new bushings.

Anyone know what was included in the "performance and trailering package" besides the sway bar?

hellwigs or any swaybar, especially bigger aftermarket oes make a huge difference in driving. the rear hellwig goes right on, but on mine the front was missing parts. one of the mount brackets didnt fit right so i had to fab one...
