Default 2" rear drop?

Wanting to lower the rear end of my 1995 F150 2wd Flareside around 2" so it'll be level with the front. What's the best way to do this? I found a few shackle kits that are supposed to drop the rear 2" but the reviews all say it's actually just like a 1/2"-3/4" drop, so I don't know what to do.

Yeah, suspension measurements are always goofy. Shackles are going to be your best shot.

what about hangers? I saw a few of those kits that are supposed to adjust from 1"-3" but the reviews said the same thing as the shackles, that it was only a 1/2"-3/4" drop... If I did hangers AND shackles would that make it have at least close to a 2" drop? I don't know much of anything about suspension so excuse me being a noob at all this lol...
