Default So....what had happened was...

What if, hypothetically of course (not really), I did the timing advance with the spout connector plugged in? To do it properly, would I put back the timing with the connector in or just adjust the base timing and then put the spout back in? Forgot what the timing was with the spout in. Yes, I'm a dumbass

You change the timing with the spout plug out, period. If you F'ed up then redo it the right way.
