Default Please Help

First of all, I would like to say hey, im new to this site and hope to find some answers to my ????s
I have a 95 f150, 302 and it ran great. My son ran it out of gas in the back yard back in January and it has sit since. Well some time in june I was going to get it back on the road for my son to drive,, put gas in it, cranked it up and it had a real bad miss. so we did the basic tune up, wires, plugs, dis cap, rotor button, coil. didn't help a bit. so I thought fuel problem, so it sit until about a week ago and I started back in on it, started with fuel filter, nothing, checked fuel pressure, 32lbs on both tanks, fuel pressure regulator, nothing. checked codes, changed out tps, don't have that list of codes by the way, but checked codes again today, cam up with....... KOEO test, 565,113,157,158,171,172,181,327,332. Running test was 311,332,225,632. after that I cleared the codes drove it for about 60 miles, in town and interstate, come back and read codes again, KOEO test, 565,172,332. Running test pulled threw the same codes.
Can some one please help me and direct me in the right direction to get this fixed......... thanks, glg2269

ECU?

Edit That many codes is a sign of main computer or grounds.

When you checked the fuel pressure did you remove the vacuum line attached to the regulator? If so, did you see any fluctuation on the pressure gauge when you rev the engine up? As SDMartin posted above, that many codes can definitely point to computer issue but i've had one instance where I had that many codes where it turned out to not be the computer after all.

BTW... the problem I had with all the codes and the miss turned out to be the EGR valve sticking. The car sat for about five months and the elusive miss reared it's ugly head at me when I finally started it up again. It sat up long enough in a hot, humid climate and the valve rusted shut on me. I pulled the vacuum host off the EGR valve, plugged it, and problem was solved. Might not be the problem but worth checking out in your case.
