Unhappy Need help with a fuel problem

Hi everyone ! New to the group. I have a 1994 f150 4x4 5.8 l V8. Recently I pulled this truck out of the woods where it has been for 7 years. The truck was running good when it was parked but had to do some work to get it road worthy again. I have installed a new fuel tank, pump and filter in the truck . After this pored 5 gallons of fuel in it, ran the pump until it's pumping clear clean fuel at the fuel rail, but it still wont start. But it will run off of starter fluid sprayed through the throttle body. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Found the problem. Mice chewed the wiring harness up under the air plenum ,i'm in the process of changing out the bad harness and installing new re manufactured injectors.
