I have a 93 f150.

Recently the truck started making a whining noise while accelerating.

Then suddenly tonight the engine sounded louder and the speedometer started bouncing/ jumping and their was a loss of power.

Any idea of what this could be??

 

Please help me! Does anyone have any ideas?

This truck is a 2wd auto.

1st thing that comes to mind is a ground issue and/or possibly Alternator
