Default EVR help

I am currently working on my 91 F150 that has a 351. I am in the process of replacing my valve cover gaskets and literally shattered the two plastic tubes coming from the evr because they are so brittle (the Michigan cold doesn't help either). I am not sure where I can find these vacuum tubes so I can replace them. Any ideas? Also, where do these tubes go from the evr? It looks like it goes to a connector behind the mass air intake.

There should be a diagram under your hood for vacuum routing. You can just use rubber vacuum hose from the parts store to replace the plastic.
