I have a 1991 F-150 with a 302 will a 351 work and what changes will need to be made. The 351 will also be a 1991 year truck engine.

 

ya man u may have to check and see if the motor mounts are the same but the lay out of the moters are about the same may have to look and see if u will need a 91 computer and wireing harness. i havent done that swap yet mines a 302 to but im keeping the original motor in my for resale value

 

Ya, 351 will work. One of my friend in using the 351 engine.
