Ok guys I have a 2001 f150 5.4 supercrew. I want to upgrade the engines internals. crankshaft, pistons fuel injector ect. The goal isnt so much horsepower but something solid that can handle a supercharger without crapping out on me. I dont know if somebody sells an engine with upgraded internals or if you guys suggest a build instead. I have a decent idea of how everthing works but I am fairly new to aftermarket upgrades like this. I was also wondering about the transmission, do I need a new one as well or how do you guys think it would handle the hp. Im hoping to have an engine with around 300 hp but im not sure how much more hp a supercharger would get me? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

PS. The truck has a dual exhaust, throttle spacer and an intake. Came with that stuff when I bought it.
