Default Do I need a new PCM?

Hello everyone, New to site and slowly learning format. I have a 92 F150 4x4 5.8 that I bought brand new. Has 205000 miles on it. Had recent problems wouldn't start and fuel pump running contimually intermittenly. When it would start on, it would die after running for short time. I pulled computer and replaced bad capacitors....ran great lots of power on test drive....next day started it up rough idle, ran rough on hiway and no power and sucking down the gas. No check engine lites. My scanner could not communicate with computer...finally found 512 PCM/ECA (lam) error. Checked power pin 1 to pin 60 had 12.2 volts. Any ideas.I'm thinking I need to replace PCM. #F2TF-12A650-BSA....California Truck.
