Hi, I have a 1993 with a 351w and I've been interested in installing a cam, but I don't know if I'm going to need to upgrade the valves, lifters, or rods etc. I'd prefer not to touch anything other than the cam though. If I don't need any upgrades to put a cam in could I have some examples of some decent cams I could maybe look into

 

You will have to install new lifters. You may also have to install new valve springs, depending on the lift of the new cam.
