Hey guys i have a crazy question i wanna put a 4.6 in my 89 f150 i wanted to know if the wiring harness and computer from a 1997 f150 would hook right up to my truck so i could run a efi 4.6 over a carb anyone know if this is possible?

Wow what great info! I never knew anyone else has done this. After reading all the post which do you think is best efi or carb? Theres not alot of carb 4.6 anymore

you can always get a megasquirt or microsquirt controller.

What does that do? Is that for efi or carb?

The 4.6 was never intended to be carbed.
