I was wondering what things I can do to make more power in a 1993 5.0. Any recommendations is appreciated!

 

You can do some intense internal engine upgrades or bolt-on upgrades. You can do internal which is some serious money like upgrade fuel injectors, fuel pump, heads, rockers, springs, bore out cylinders, etc. or bolt on like throttle body spacer, cold air intake, and a cat back or true duel exhaust. But it's really all about the money and work you wanna put in to it! Hope everything works out

 

like It was said before it depends how much you want to spend and how much work you want to do. An easy way to gain power and make your truck sound good is nothing more than some long tube, headers 2 1/4" true dual exhaust, do a cold air intake, and advance the timing a little bit (nothing too major) that give you a big increase in power over stock.
