Default sporadic rough running

engine starts ok but when I drive a short distance the engine begins to act like a fouled plug I have found that when I turn the ignition switch from on to off to on the rough running immediately stops and the engine runs just fine sometimes for a while and sometimes no more than less than a minute but each time I turn the switch back and forth rapidly the 4.9 runs great any ideas ?
thanks in advance this is a 1994 f 150 stick shift

Hey toptech! I am having this exact issue please tell me you figured out the problem? Was your truck running horrible when you needed more power? Like bogging down?

Check your fuel pressure.

Hey raski! Actually I just figured it out last night. Weirdest thing it was the Ignition switch located under the steering wheel. After replacing MAP, Ignition Control module I was lost. My dad recommended the ignition switch and after reading what it was for I didn't think that was my problem, but did it anyway. No truck runs without bogging issue, but now my windows aren't working.
