Hey guys. I need help fast. I have a 96 f150 with the 4.9. All of a sudden today my truck started acting crazy. Starts alright and idles ok like always but as soon as i go to give it gas it acts like its out of gas. Starts sputtering and almost shuts off. But if i give it full throttle it picks up and takes off like normal. So pretty much at low rpm its acting like this. Has this happened to anyone before? My check engine light its on for the maf sensor. But that's been on for a long time. I've even un plugged it and it ran fine before.

Fuel filter? maybe clogged enough where idle pressure flows good, and WOT is fine but when you give it a little bit of throttle, it clogs the line?
