I would check with Bil or Tux and TRS. They may know of a replacement lens.

I sent Bil and Tux PMs. Bil responded that nothing he tried worked due to seating issues. Tux hasnt responded. I also sent TRS a message through their website, but havent gotten a response from them yet either.

Unfortunately the clear lense upgrade won't work because of some protrusions on the oem projector lense frame. In my first attempt a year or so ago when they first came out I tried this and the cutoff became worse. In regards to your wiring question, all you would need to do is cut off the OEM 3-pin plug inside the headlight and attach a male 9006 connector to plug into your female socket on your d2s ballasts for the upgrade kit. The orange and the green are positives and black for negative.
