I think it's according to how much you want to spend and the look you want. I had the raptor retrofit fit in my 13 and they are great, but very expensive ($1850). On my 16 I went with LED lights from a vendor on this site 4x4TruckLEDs.com and they are great in fact they are a simple plug in design. They also have the same warranty as raptor retro fit (2 years) and I am happier with the lights in my 16 versus my 13. I also installed the LED fog lights they sell. Plus the $280 for the lights is a hell of a lot cheaper, but that's just my opinion. The output on the LED light from them is 6500 lumens if I remember correctly. Also unless they have fixed the issues the ones from raptor retro fit they were having issues with the DRL turning off when in use.

Why don't you buy a pair of the LED lights I sell and if you believe they cause glare, I'll give you your money back. If you are not 100% satisfied, I'll give you your money back. Ask 2008_XL about that... he used to fight me all the time about LED lights, he had the same position you have. I made him that offer and not only did he not want his money back, he even came over to this forum (he was on another forum) to say how much he loved them and (sorry 2008) how he was wrong (again, sorry lol).

There are a LOT of people who buy them and not everybody posts reviews/input, but a good handful have posted their results on here, with photos. There is even someone who just posted, the other day, photos of the kit in his new Anzo lights and you can see the nice clean cut-off and you don't see any light scatter.

I talk about the products that people are interested in. I endorse products that are popular that I sell. I ALSO endorse products I DO NOT SELL... but with distribution these days I can almost buy ANYTHING on the market. I'm not about to throw everything on my site though, takes too long and for the 1 guy out of 2,000 looking for something, it's not worth adding it (that person can talk to me direct).

I get where you are coming from on the whole LED side, that's fine. But I'm not sure where you are coming from on the business/endorsement side... I think the conversation got a little off track.

Well I just bought a 9008/H13 LED kit from 4x4truckleds.com and will be giving a honest review. I really doubt I have anything to complain about after seeing other reviews. I will be putting them in my 07 F150 and then trying them in my 07 Expedition as well. If I am impressed, I will buy a pair for my daughters 02 Grand Prix.

However, it is my opinion that merchants give biased reviews. If you went car shopping at a Ford dealership, you think they are going to recommend Chevy? You have yet to recommend any retrofit solutions, you argue against them actually and I can only guess that is because you don't sell them. That is a biased recommendation.

Not bashing your ethics or company by any means. I was actually shopping your site earlier for something I was looking for. I just think the customers should listen to unbiased reviews.
As I stated in an earlier post I've had the HID lights from Raptor Retro fit and really loved them, but I went with the LED lights from 4x4TruckLEDs and like them even more than my HID lights from Raptro Retro Fit. I know I'm only one guy, but coming from someone who has had both I prefer the LED lights better.

I’m going to accept that offer. I have a 2nd F-150 that I can do a side by side night test along with an oncoming glare test and I will compare between my OEM HID’s and these LED bulbs. If I like them and don’t see any glare I will happily write you a glowing review that you can share. I have no problem being wrong. I have been married twice so I am used to the feeling. As a matter of fact, I hope I am wrong. However, there are a few other things I want as well so I will get my cart together this weekend. I have a couple of questions so I might message you for your advice on some other stuff if that is ok.

I'm here to answer them. And when you get your lights if you don't like them I'll take care of you.

Ok, just making sure. Do you know if the 22" curved Auxbeam light bar will fit in the cubby hole in the front bumper of my 2014 without cutting anything?
