May try those too. They aren't expensive at all, but I've not noticed any hotspots from the UG or lasfit ones.

well, update that is way sooner than I thought it would be. One of my lasfit rear turn signal/bulbs already quit working. The parking light part lights up but the brake light part and turn signal part no longer work.
already submitted for a warranty replacement and am just waiting to hear a response. But if this is how long they last, I'll likely either just switch all over to the underground lighting ones, or save up for some morimoto gen 2 assemblies.

There’s also these oem LED knock offs that a bunch of us have. They look better than Morimotos and are about half the price.

Id skip out of anymore of those drop in LEDs.

yeah I've seen those too and may go with those in the near future. Is there a brand of those that you guys recommend? The ones I saw on amazon looked to have a different connector than I have so I want to make sure I get the right ones. Still waiting to hear back from lasfit about a warranty replacement.

They come with a connector for 15-17 trucks and also 18-20 as both trucks have different connectors.

They’re plug n play.
