Side mirror turn indicator
I have a stock 2013 XL F150, I have power mirrors but it did not come with the forward facing amber turn indicators. The punch out panel is on the mirrors for the indicators. Does that mean that the wiring is present internally and it's a simple install and pug in or would I have to get wiring installed too?
yes, i think your product has come with plug and play installation. No need to cut of wire, just easily plug and play the lights. If you want to go through such type of product visit this company for more information http://www.360tuners.com/sidemirrors.aspx

Hey Orbadger, I have 2013 STX F150 also with power mirrors. Were you able just to puch out the chiplets and install the trun signals. Was the wiring in place?
I have a 2012 with the front facing reflectors and rear facing led indicators on the side mirrors. If the 2013's are set up the same way then you will have no problem tapping into the wires that are currently used for the rear facing led signals.
I did this along with "blacking out" the white surroundings on the new front facing led signals that I added. You will also want to weatherize the new indicators before you install them. Just cover the back of the exposed rear signal with some type of clear waterproof gel.
The most difficult part of this install was removing the mirrors from the housings. They are not made to be removed easily and they are very snug fitting for obvious reasons. You keep thinking that you will break the mirror. Do the passenger side first just in case you do break the mirror. Will be easier to drive to the dealer to get a new one that way!
Install looks OEM once it is completed.
