Reverse Lights
Anyone else notice really weak reverse lights? Can anyone recommend a good replacement for stock bulb? I have a 13 XLT. I can't see anything at night in backup. Luckily my driveway is decently lit up by the house.

I went with these (except for my '17) and they are well worth the money!
It made a night and day difference.
I also went with the 90W version of the rear cargo light as well.

I have been very happy with these:
Most lights I have bought on Amazon end up being cheap crap that goes out after a few weeks. These have lasted for nearly a year, still going strong and are incredibly bright!

I am installing flush mounts controlled by a on/off/on switch to have the ability to turn them on when I want only those, completely off, or an auto mode that turns on automatically with the reverse lights.
I have also heard good things from people using one of these.
A lot of people that replace the reverse light bulbs themselves do not get that great of an improvement, especially for the cost.

I just installed a set of jdm astar LED reverse bulbs I bought on amazon for my 2011 fx4... I've used them in numerous other trucks I've owned and are extremely bright, but because I'm lifted 6'' they are illuminating too high up and I still can't see behind me
I'm going to install a set of rigid flush mount flood lights into the back bumper to illuminate the ground as to avoid hitting anything

I purchased the Crystal Lux Reverse LED Lights (921) White CL90 (900 Lumen)
and they were a dramatic improvement over stock.
Have a 2013 XLT and you're correct the factory lights are pathetic. I wanted to improve but wasn't ready to go the route of rear bumper drilling and re-wiring for aftermarket separate lights. Also because we live in WI with a lot of snow I didn't want anything hanging down below the bumper.
