I would like to change the puddle lights on my 2012 platinum to LED's. Can someone help with a part number for new puddle light? I see some people say you can't buy them and other say you can. I would also be willing to buy a set already converted. I need some direction.

If I don't have puddle lights now, but I do have the blinkers on the side, is the wire already there for me to use? Also, do I need to have anything reset with the computer for them to work?

 

I just added puddles a few days ago. There isn't a wire INSIDE the mirror, but there was one in the door, Purple as I recall. The only wire that was on the door side but not on the mirror side of the molex. Ran that to the hot side of the puddle, grounded to the mirror bolt.
