Precision Retofit
Ordered OEM LED Taillights, painted on the inside and around the edges on Oct. 5, 2020. Hounded them for several weeks to get them to me. Finally arrived last week while on vacation and low and behold, DS is damaged. Looking at the packaging there is NO WAY could have been damaged in transit, box was in excellent shape and each tail light well wrapped in bubble wrap still in tact. Damage had to occur prior to packaging. Talk about frustrated, call Hunter after sending him pictures and he states had to been damaged in shipment. I'm like, ok so what are you doing to do to replace it? "I'll have to see if we have a DS light in stock". If not then what? "I'll have to order one". So how long will that take? "no idea". Can you make me a priority and let me know when you can get one and get on it so that I'm not waiting another 3 months to receive it? "hesitation - sure".
WTH, customer service sucks and frankly the clear coat finish on the one good light is sub par. I so want to cancel the order and get my money back but I really like the looks of the OEM LED painted the way the advertise them.
