Please help. LED low beams
Hello all,
Iam sure this is somewhere already but i cant find it. Im looking to get LED low beams H11 for my 2016 F150. I originally bought all my lights from the dealer and all are great except the H11 low beams Cant find a
light to fit due to the (ford piece inside) where the low beams go into the HL assembly. I am looking at the OPT7 lights and vendors from here. My other concern & question is the dust cover. Should it be run, should it not be run ? I know i want the 6k whites but also dont want to blind any on coming vehicles. Also I dont want the kind that melts anything lol. Any help is greatly appreciated seeing as I cant never make up my mind lol.
Thanks for any
P.S. Please be gentle im a LED virgin.

I'll let others speak for me... but I'll answer some of your other questions.
Yes... make sure you put the dust cover on. It's very important. Some vendors do NOT give you a dust cover, but you'll get water in your light (I know this from first hand experience).
Second, some LED bulbs WILL NOT fit. Where the light twists into our trucks, it's offset. So a light with a very wide fan/base will not fit.
Third, thanks for having that "blinding" concern. Most LED lights on the market will blind people (I ran into this last night when some guy with cheap LED's was driving at me and was blinding me... I tried to get his attention to tell him to put a quality kit in, but he wasn't stopping). I only know of one style LED Headlight Conversion kit that works properly. If I find another, I can talk about that one, but so far, only one I know of.
PM me if you need other help. I'm sure a few other people will respond to this letting you know what they've used and their results.
