You can make it clearer by stating in your policy that anything installed cannot be returned. Pretty simple, one sentence, removes any doubt or ambiguity.
you may have reached out to Morimoto, you said you did, I’m not saying you didn’t.
I emailed Morimoto on my own and sent them the pictures, they said the streaks are normal and expected. They said if I had any further questions to let them know. When the light went out, I emailed them again, they asked me for pictures, I sent them pictures, they set up an RMA. Had nothing to do with what you asked them about the output and they have stated to me that output is normal. The RMA from them had zero to do with any communication you may or may not have had with them, and only came about because I emailed them. I emailed them because when I emailed you, your response was “you should email Morimoto so they can come up with a resolution and decide if something is damaged”.
if I told my customer to email a manufacturer when there was a problem with a product I sold them, I’d lose my job.

2013 F150 FX4 5.0... I purchased the XBs less than a year ago. So, 4 weeks from now, I cant get my daylights to turn off after I've turned off the engine. They say its my truck. Well, since daylights didn't come with the 2013s, I know Its not my truck. They refuse to even give me a reach around!
