Yeah it is quite hard to get this LED type bulb, i also faced the trouble during my f150 bulb replacement. But after googeling i got xtralights automotive lighting store http://www.xtralights.com/31563157.aspx , providing LED bulbs.

I bought mine off eBay, they are 7watt opposed to the 5watt. Search 7watt cree reverse back up lights f150. So far no issues and the lumen output is great, I can acutely see behind me now. We all know the stock lighting on our trucks are a little tired.

I also switched out all my interior bulbs and license plate as well, all of them are 5k.
