Default Installed my Vanquish auto LEDs

I have a 2016 f150 XLT FX4 supercrew and wanted to upgrade the lighting. After some shopping around i decided to use a vendor here from the forum and chose Vanquish. I ordered cargo LEDs, back up LEDs, license plate LEDs, fog lights LED, front parking/blinker LED and the HID headlight kit after seeing the amount of light comparison on the website.

From a customer service standpoint i was very pleased. Tgey were very helpful ehen ordering to make sure i got the right parts. I also did have questions during installation which vanquish made time to answer even on a SUNDAY.

Now for the lights... the license plate LEDs were about what i expected much better than my original.

The back up LEDs were a very noticeable difference. I had my front windows tinted so backing up at night trying to get an eye on anything outside of what my backup camera showed was tough. Now with the LEDs its much easier to see and i was very pleased with those. The downfall to these is that the led has a gasket around it and that inserts into the light housing so you have to put a bead of clear silicone around it to make sure it stays weatherproof. I forgot to take a pic of that sorry but i will try to take one soon.

The cargo LEDs were a nice upgrade as well and easily installed while able to provide much more light.

The LED fog lights fought me a bit. I could not for the life of me get them to twist in without removing the lense which was MUCH easier for me. I think the issue was that although i had the tabs lined up correctly the rubber grommet was a snug fit. With the lense out it was easier to see the issue then apply a tiny dab of lubricant and they went right in. I had one light with a loose collar i felt while twisting the light in bit that was an easy adjustment with an alan key provided in the kit to tighten a set screw. The end result was much more light i just need to adjust the height of the beam because i removed the lense.

The HID kit for the low beams went in easy just a bit time consuming removing the headlights since it was my first attempt. You need to modify your rubber cap but with a 1" hole saw but the grommet on the light harness provides a snug weatherproof seal. The light color seemed to match my LED fogs and parking lights great. The amount of light i think was also a definite upgrade and happy with them.

The front parking leds that switch from white to amber when your turn signal is on are very nice. When i put the first side parking light and headlight in i tested the turn signal to look for hyperflash and it did not hyperflash after about two minutes of letting it blink. Unfortunately i figured i was good and didnt need to add the resistors i bought but after the other side was in and everything all put back together i realized i never tried it after installing the other side and as i pulled out of my driveway the first time i saw the hyperflashing.

I will add pics soon once i figure out how from my phone. Hope that helps any fellow F150 owners make a decision. For me i liked the three year warranty and customer service before i ordered and still happy after the install with the quality and output of the lights.

Hmm looks like those may annoy oncoming traffic?
