Default Hyper flash with resistors

I have a 2013 FX4 and changed all of my turn signal/brake light bulbs to LEDs and installed resistors. They worked fine for a few years.

Now I get hyperflash when I use my left turn signal when my headlights or markers + fogs are on.

During the day when it’s only DRL’s, no huperflash.

Ocasionally, they’ll work fine with my headlights on but then the next time go back to hyper flashing.

Any suggestions to fix this? Do resistors go bad?

Resistors burn out over time, just like lights. Quite frankly, it's very hard to buy the proper size resistor needed for hyper-flash. So, not having the correct size resistor just makes the problem worse.

Everyone is selling 50 watt 6 Ohm load resistors to fix hyper-flash but they are just too darn small! They get really hot after just a couple minutes. (Yes, load resistors are made to get hot but there is a temperature range though.) We need, at least, legit 100 Watt 6 Ohm load resistors but they are pretty hard to find. When I do find some, they are often re-labeled 50 Watt 6 Ohm size. Also, you need to add a load resistor to EACH turn signal light that is upgraded to LED. I've seen all sorts of stuff done to trick a vehicle's system to fix hyper-flashing but this is the only proper way on our newer F-150's.
