Default HID or LED

Hey everyone,
I am stuck. I am going to be adding fog lights to my truck but I am torn. I can't decide between HID or LED. I am hopefully going to be getting some retrofit headlights from tuxedoblack11 and so I'm trying to figure out what would best compliment those. I am thinking HID because I could get the same shroud so they would look alike but which is brighter? That's what it really comes down to is light output for price. Thanks!

Both Bil and Tux have mentioned selling HID foglights, but now I believe they are both suggesting LED fogs. If you get the retrofit HID headlights it will not matter too much which one you get in the fogs, becuase the fogs will just not make much of a difference at that point.

I am getting the retrofit HID headlights as well and I am getting the LED fogs with LED amber rings to match the retorfit headlights. Cosmetic by in large.

I guess I will see which is cheaper. I thought though it be kind of a nice touch if I had the headlights and fogs have matching shrouds.
